At Drive-Auto, we utilise cutting-edge technology to restore your vehicle’s exhaust efficiency. Instead of opting for costly replacements or detrimental software bypasses, we use sophisticated hydro-cleaning equipment to revitalize your DPF and Catalytic Converters.

Our Advanced Cleaning Process

Our workshop is equipped with a sophisticated hydro-cleaning machine and specialised dryer. This process involves flushing the DPF or Catalytic Converter with high-pressure fluid to dislodge trapped ash, soot, and carbon deposits that traditional cleaning methods cannot reach. Once the internal matrix is thoroughly flushed, we use our specialized drying system to ensure the unit is moisture-free and ready for immediate re-installation, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with original manufacturer specifications.

Signs Your DPF or CAT System is Failing

If you notice these symptoms, your vehicle’s exhaust system may be suffering from excessive buildup:

  • Dashboard Warning Lights
An illuminated DPF or ‘Check Engine’ light.
  • Reduced Performance
A noticeable loss of engine power or acceleration.
  • Increased Fuel Consumption
Your engine working harder, leading to higher fuel usage.
  • Exhaust Smoke
Visible, thick, or discolored smoke from the tailpipe.

Advantages of a Professionally Cleaned Unit

  • Restored Power and Performance
Improves throttle response and overall engine efficiency.
  • Extended Component Lifespan
Prevents permanent damage caused by excessive heat and backpressure.
  • Environmentally Friendly
Ensures your vehicle meets emission standards.
  • Significant Savings
Avoids the high costs associated with purchasing new exhaust components.
